Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the services provided by ThriveHill Dearborn Tree Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Services Provided
ThriveHill Dearborn Tree Service provides professional tree care services including tree removal, tree trimming and pruning, stump grinding and removal, emergency tree services, land and lot clearing, tree health and maintenance, arborist consulting, and shrub and hedge trimming. All services are performed by trained professionals in accordance with industry standards and local regulations.
Service availability may vary based on weather conditions, equipment availability, and scheduling. We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel scheduled work if conditions are unsafe or if we determine that the work requested is beyond the scope of our capabilities or outside legal requirements.
Estimates and Pricing
We provide free estimates for our services. All estimates are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise specified. Final pricing may vary from the estimate if site conditions differ from what was assessed during the initial evaluation, or if additional work is requested. We will notify you of any price changes before proceeding with additional work.
Payment is due upon completion of services unless other arrangements have been made in writing. We accept payment by cash, check, or credit card. A deposit may be required for large projects. Unpaid balances may be subject to late fees and collection actions.
Property Access and Permissions
You are responsible for ensuring that we have legal permission to access your property and perform the requested work. This includes obtaining any necessary permits or approvals from local authorities, homeowner associations, or other governing bodies. You must inform us of any underground utilities, sprinkler systems, buried cables, or other hidden hazards on your property before work begins.
We will make reasonable efforts to protect your property during our work, but we are not responsible for damage to underground utilities, unmarked obstacles, or items that were not disclosed to us prior to beginning the job. You agree to mark or identify any sensitive areas, decorative features, or valuable landscaping that require special attention.
Liability and Insurance
ThriveHill Dearborn Tree Service carries general liability insurance and workers compensation insurance as required by law. We take precautions to minimize risk and prevent property damage during our work. However, tree care involves inherent risks, and we cannot guarantee that no damage will occur.
Our liability is limited to direct damages caused by our negligence or failure to perform services in accordance with industry standards. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of use, loss of income, or damage to landscaping beyond the immediate work area. Claims must be reported within 7 days of service completion.
Cancellation and Rescheduling
If you need to cancel or reschedule a scheduled service, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee. We reserve the right to reschedule services due to weather, equipment issues, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
Warranty and Guarantees
We stand behind the quality of our work. If you are not satisfied with our services, please contact us within 7 days of service completion, and we will work with you to address your concerns. Our warranty covers workmanship and does not cover natural events, disease, pest infestation, or other factors beyond our control.
Trees are living organisms, and we cannot guarantee their health or survival after pruning or other treatments. We provide recommendations based on our professional assessment, but the ultimate health of your trees depends on many factors including weather, soil conditions, and ongoing maintenance.
